<p><strong>Install NotePad++</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Download the latest  NotePadd++ executable file <a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/notepad-plus/files/">here</a>: <a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/notepad-plus/files/">http://sourceforge.net/projects/notepad-plus/files/</a> (Currently 5.6.8)</li>
<li>Run the Installer, I usually use the defaults</li>

<p><strong>Using Compare</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Open NotePad++</li>
<li>Open Two Files</li>
<li>Click Plugin &gt; Compare</li>
